The Champagne Room will celebrate its VIP-only grand opening on Friday, September 18, 2026, followed by a ticketed grand-opening event on Saturday, September 19, 2026. Public reservations begin Sunday, September 20, 2026, through Resy.

Designed to evoke the glamour of European champagne culture and modern luxury hospitality, The Champagne Room introduces a sophisticated new social and event experience to Chicago’s Gold Coast. Moët & Chandon will be the first featured champagne house at The Champagne Room. Globally recognized for its heritage, craftsmanship, and association with celebration, Moët & Chandon will help establish the elevated experience envisioned for the venue’s opening season.
